Choose jowar roti as it has a low glycemic index which does not give you those nasty sugar spikes.
- You can start with hemp protein powder being a vegetarian but start slow beginning with 5gm and gradually increasing it.
- Take care of your gut health by including rich probiotics, try adding aloe vera, glutamine, ginger tea, fennel water, and curcumin to get your body’s inflammation down.
- Do not skip meals, large gaps leave the body in a starvation mode, lowering the BMR and will hinder fat loss. Ensure an hour of exercise every day. It increases the metabolism. A combination of weight training + cardio along with good stretching is ideal for losing weight efficiently and sustainably.
- Most importantly is, to maintain a positive attitude and a positive self-image. This eases the process of the fat loss journey!!
